Whether you are completely new to exercise or you are looking to progress your fitness my aim is to provide classes that are varied & challenging but also enjoyable.
My classes are designed for both men & woman, of all ages and abilities, and, with 15 classes a week to choose from there really is something for everyone.
My fitness community is friendly, supportive & welcoming and you will instantly feel at ease. Beginners are always welcome.

A great class if you are new to exercise, or if you are feeling stiff after a tough workout
This class is designed to improve your mobility & flexibility, build strength in your core and create a better range of movement through your joints enabling you to get the most out of your daily life
Get closer to nature and enjoy getting fit in the great outdoors (Summer time only)
This class is a mix of simple cardio exercises to raise your heart rate & burn calories mixed with strength exercises to tone your muscles
All done in a fun way using the play equipment in your local park... you won't even realise you are exercising!
If you are looking to improve your muscle strength & tone up any wobbly bits then this is the class for you
There are so many benefits to strength training; improved sleep & mood, better bone health, reduced risk of injury and of course weight management
Strength training will also make your body more metabolic which means you will burn more calories at rest.....and that means more cake!
this class includes a mix of cardio and strength exercises to help you burn calories and tighten any wobbly bits…… working at your own pace to increase your strength and cardio fitness.
High and low impact exercise variations are given so this class really is suitable for anyone looking to improve their fitness. No coordination required!
Short of time, can't get a baby sitter, prefer not to travel, or, you just want to exercise in the privacy of your own home.... then online classes are for you
