Your Health & Wellness is a crucial part of any fitness journey. At Inspired Fitness with Karen we offer a health & wellness coaching program which runs alongside our classes; sharing strategies & practical tips to help you manage your wellbeing and set you up top feeling fabulous
This program is designed to challenge & strengthen your muscles
You will receive 3 x 30 minute workouts, each workout targeting a specific muscle group
Hand weights required, but, if you don't have any filled water bottles make a great alternative
This program is designed to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and posture
You will receive 3 x 30 minute sessions including Back care, Happy Hips and a Deep stretch & Mobilisation (great for tight muscles and runners legs!)
This program is designed to improve your cardio vascular fitness and get you fitter for daily life
You will receive 3 x 30 minute workouts where you will perform simple exercises (low and high impact options available) to raise your heart rate and get you glowing!
Not all exercise classes are suitable for everyone and may result in injury. If you have any serious health issues or an injury that will affect your workout please do not take part until you have had clearance from your doctor.
To reduce the risk of injury during your workout ensure you have a clear area to exercise in, always work to your own level (following instructions & resting as needed), and sip water to stay hydrated. If at anytime you feel unwell you must immediately stop your workout
